I love teaching elementary HPE and just finished my 4th year in that position! I was a classroom teacher for 11 years before that but when I got my own health in gear (I lost over 150 pounds with just diet and exercise and became healthy and active), it became a passion for me and I wanted to share it with everyone, but especially kids.
I’m also an avid hiker and a Pound Fitness instructor. I have one son who is 11 and is amazing! We like to play video games together. I also love listening to almost all kinds of music.
